promote the use of education to create a growing awareness of
the problems of cruelty to animals and as a group we are
dediacted to this cause.
RUFFSPOTS An
all-volunteer, non-profit organization, located in St. John’s,
Newfoundland, that is dedicated to helping animals in the
province through education, awareness programs and campaigns.
They rely entirely on donations from the public to keep our
programs running. They are not a shelter, therefore, 100% of all
donations and monies raised go towards our animal assistance
programs and not into operating costs.
