Halo
is a confident, frisky, tough, sweet-as-pie puppy that is fast growing into
a really nice bitch. From the time she arrived she has shown
herself to be a true "good Aussie" with a natural off-switch. She's
biddable with a lot of natural charm and yes, the famous "hula-skirt" butt
wiggle. She is extremely fast and a very mature dog mentally.
She has always been a thinker, a watcher, a very mentally sound dog.
Her immediate ancestors and their relatives
are great working dogs and we hope to include her in a breeding program one
day so that Eastern Canada can enjoy the benefits of the Slash V bloodline.
She will be undergoing all relevant health checks when she reaches the
appropriate age.
Halo came to Newfoundland from Texas and the
arms of Terry Martin of Slash V
Working Australian Shepherds. She will be seeing sheep for the
first time in late August.
