Volunteer for ARPH

Above:  Dogs at an ARPH informational booth in Maine, helping to promote our organization to the general public.  What better representatives could we possibly have than the beautiful dogs that have come through our program?

We are always looking for more people to add to our web that is spread across this vast area of Maine and Atlantic Canada.  We badly need you!  There are so many ways to volunteer to help Aussies that it's almost impossible to describe them all! 

Here are some examples of how you can help:

• Representative--supervises other volunteers, approves adoption applications, and places Aussies in new homes;

• Foster Home--Cares for Aussies in-house, providing for their day-to-day needs;

• General Volunteer--Could be anything!  Examples:  Evaluating a dog at a shelter, giving a dog a ride from shelter to foster home, transporting food or equipment, promoting Aussie Rescue at public events, website work, photography, etc.
